My running career began in 1979. Through the years, I have completed 114 full marathons with a PR of 2:37:14 set in 1994. I am unsure as to how many halfs I have competed in but my PR is 1:13:45 set in 1985. I have raced in about 25-26 Parkersburg News and Sentinel Half Marathons. In the 90's I was running internationally and have also competed in three Olympic trials (1992, 1996, 2000).
