Jack Mills and Ellie Hines, both from Parkersburg High School, won the men's and women's Two-Mile race, respectively, this morning during The Parkersburg News and Sentinel Half Marathon. Hines was last year's women's Two-Mile winner. Mills finished with a time of 10:11 and Hines with a time of 12:26. Photos by Jess Mancini and Doug Huxley.
