Qualifications: Must have accomplished in the last 12 months.
Male Open: 1:05
Female Open: 1:20
Male Masters: 1:15
Female Masters: 1:25
Male Grand Masters: 1:20
Female Grand Masters: 1:30

All Invited runners will follow these guidelines unless they are a 2009 RRCA Regional Champion.
These qualifications are not guaranteed entries.
The race director reserves the right to accept or deny any invited Elite entry.
Elite Runners may receive:
• Hotel accommodations (2 day max) All rooms are booked on a first come basis. We have a limited number of rooms for elite runners. Some rooms may be double occupancy, We do not provide rooms for agents, family or friends. “These guidelines will be followed unless prior arrangements have been made with the Race Director. No Exceptions
• Shuttle Service, From Two Airports.
1. Parkersburg Regional Airport. ( will pick up within 30 minutes of arrival ).
2. Yeager Airport, Charleston WV ( Pickup Schedule: Thursday- 2pm and 5pm, Friday- 3pm and 7pm.) NOTE: Prior arrangements must be made. The shuttle runs only if we know there is a runner to pick up. E-mail your flight schedule to runchiprun@hotmail.com or call Chip Allman (304-580-1173). We will also pick up at the Charleston train or bus stations.
• Pasta dinner on Friday evening, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. Located at the finish line.
• Pizza Lunch, after the race. Located at the finish line. St. Francis Xavier Hall
• Shuttle Service, back and forth from your hotel to the Start / Finish line.
• Tech Shirt and Finishers Medallion.
• And all the extras that every competitor receives.
Note: This race pay’s no travel expenses
All Invited Runners will fill out an Elite entry form and a W-9 or 8233, what ever applies. No Exceptions!!

Your flight schedule must be e-mailed to runchiprun@hotmail.com by August 10.
Any elite runner that cannot make the Race for any reason must notify the race director at least one week prior to the Race if possible. Failure to do so, will result in forfeit of future Benefits.
