Take a low level flight over the half marathon course

The technology to allow a run or walker to experience a course before they set foot on it keeps keep getting better all the time.

Mapmyrun.com allows runners and walkers to set up routes that they normally use for training. A feature of the site allow computer users to take a three dimensional "flight" over their route.

Because the feature has the ability to embed the coding for the "flight" you are able to share it with others.

We thought it would be fun to set of trip over the News and Sentinel Half Marathon course.

The trip will take just a few minutes and will give you a good idea of the area and terrain the course takes.
